State Nuclear Weike Zirconium Hafnium Co., Ltd. 

        State Nuclear Weike Zirconium Hafnium Co., Ltd. (below abbreviated as “SNWZH”) was established on Jun 30, 2009; the registered capital was RMB 210 M, and investment of the 1st phase of the project was RMB 680 M. SNWZH was transformed from a China-US joint venture company to a domestic company in Jul of 2018, and the current shareholder of SNWZH is State Nuclear Baoti Zirconium Industry Company (a joint venture company by SNPTC and Baoti Group). SNWZH is located in the beautiful city of Nantong of Jiangsu Province, which is known as “the No. 1 city of modern China”; Nantong is sitting right across the Yangtze River from Shanghai and Suzhou, and the transportation is very convenient. The plant site of SNWZH covers an area of 199,800 m2, and the business scope of SNWZH is research & development, production and sale of nuclear grade zirconium sponge, commercial grade zirconium sponge, hafnium oxide or hafnium sponge and other related by-products; SNWZH has the capacity to annually produce 2000 MT nuclear grade zirconium sponge and 30 MT nuclear grade hafnium sponge, with an estimated annual sales of RMB 500 M.

        The establishment of SNWZH is of epoch-making significance for accelerating China’s nuclear power construction. Nuclear energy is clean, efficient, safe and reliable. Nuclear grade zirconium sponge is the key material in the nuclear reactors. With China’s policy to actively develop nuclear power, the prospect of nuclear grade zirconium sponge marke is significantly promising.

        SNWZH will establish an advanced and complete production research system, conduct independent innovation on the basis of digesting and assimilating the transferred technology, push and accelerate the localization of nuclear grade zirconium sponge production process, and fill up the void of domestic nuclear grade zirconium sponge production, so as to lay a solid foundation for the large-scale, group, international and independent development of the zirconium industry in China, and make an active contribution for the realization of China’s strategic goal of “independent design, independent manufacture, independent construction and independent operation”of nuclear power development. SNWZH’s goal is to become the core manufacturer and supplier of nuclear grade zirconium sponge, hafnium oxide and hafnium sponge in the international market.

在过去三年中，公司业务规模持续快速增长，从2016年6亿元营业规模，到2017年突破7亿元大关，2018年达9.7亿元营业规模，预计2019年业务规模将超过11亿元大观关，实现“瞪羚”式发展。同时，公司90%的业务均为出口，出口创汇也同比增长。
