Qian Zhimin emphasized that the Party building work should serve the center to promote development, give full play to the leading role of Party organizations at all levels in directing, managing the overall situation and ensuring implementation, creatively implement the spirit of the Central Committee, closely integrate reality, concretize the spirit of the Central Committee and the strategy of the Group Company, and make every effort to promote the landing of "2035 First-class Strategy". In order to carry out the "one post, two responsibilities" of leading cadres well, the members of the leading group of the group company should take the task of Party building with them at the grass-roots level in the future. We should intensify the efforts to rejuvenate cadres, promote the management and normalization of young cadres, and select more outstanding young cadres to important posts for experience; we should strictly enforce political discipline and rules, encourage realistic, objective and fair reflection of problems and expression of demands, and resolutely oppose irresponsible malicious false accusations, false accusations and attacks.
